Shipping Information/Policies

**The United States Postal Service, the service I used to ship my packages, is being defunded by our current administration. This may cause delays in when you receive your packages. Please note this before you order.

I will be shipping out of the US. Orders will be shipped in 5-14 business days and tracking numbers will be sent via email. Stickers (when purchased alone) will be mailed via envelope with no tracking within 5-14 business days.

Original Works:
Not delivered?
Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. If your package is marked as delivered, then I cannot further prove that you did not receive it, and I cannot offer a refund. Please contact USPS to file a claim if this happens. Unfortunately, I cannot replicate original works to send you a new one.
Damaged?
If an original comes damaged, please contact me and send over photos of the product and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sale Item?
Sale items are final and are not able to be refunded/returned/exchanged.

Not happy with your original?
If you are unhappy with your original piece, that was not on sale or a commission, I accept exchanges (with a product of equal or lesser value)/returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Prints and Stickers:
Not delivered?

Damaged?
If a print or sticker comes damaged, please contact me with photos. I will happily send you a new one given they are in stock.

Sale Item?
Sale items are final and are unable to be returned/refunded/exchanged.

Not happy with your sticker or print?
If you are unhappy with your sticker or print, I will gladly exchange (with a product of equal or lesser value) or refund the purchases. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Commissions:

Not happy with your commission?
My commissions get approved upon painting them to avoid there being an surprises when your piece shows up. Due to the custom nature of these pieces I cannot offer exchanges or returns unless the piece arrived damaged.

Phone Cases:

Order Fulfillment?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill a phone vase order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
Other: 10–20 business days

International Shipping times:
Standard International can take up to 21 business days.
Expedited International can take up to 10 business days.
Where will my phone case ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

How do I track my phone case?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected], or message us on any of our social media platforms

Will I be charged customs for my phone case?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My phone case should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting sending reaching out to us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number, or shoot us a message on any of our social media platforms.

 If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 How are your phone casess made?
All products are made to order. Production services have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
